These terms govern your use of Futures Tick Calc (the "App") provided by KVA di Andreas Zanin (VAT 01199720077, REA AL-266378, Italy). By installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What the App is — and isn't

The App is a calculator. It applies each contract's published tick size, tick value and multiplier to the inputs you type, and returns P&L, risk and reward figures. It is an informational tool only.

The App is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It does not recommend trades, size positions for you, route orders, or guarantee the accuracy of any number. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app store terms. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile or reverse-engineer the App, except to the extent the law permits it.

3. Pro subscription

  • Pro is $24.99 per year, billed through Apple or Google.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are governed by the store from which you purchased.
  • If your subscription lapses, the App returns to the free tier with a limited watchlist and ads.

4. Free tier and ads

The free tier is ad-supported. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and appear as banners and occasional interstitials between screens. Pro subscribers see no ads.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription controls or modify the App's code or data.
  • Scrape, republish or sell the contract specifications or other content bundled with the App.
  • Interfere with the App's security features.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Contract specifications can change; always verify critical numbers with your broker before trading.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KVA di Andreas Zanin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, trading losses, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Third-party services

The App integrates with Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, the country where KVA di Andreas Zanin is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
